The Wild Dandelion Collective was created by Ashley Dania DeMarco, a stylist, makeup artist, and entrepreneur who believes beauty is about more than what happens in a salon chair.
Ashley created the collective to bring together talented, creative professionals who want independence without isolation, a place where people can build their own businesses while being part of something bigger.
She's passionate about the craft, sustainability, education, creativity, and creating a space where people genuinely want to work.

Yes. This is an independent rental opportunity, so you are responsible for building and maintaining your own clientele and business.
Do I keep the money I make from my services?
Yes. You keep your own service revenue.
Can I choose my own schedule?
Yes. You have the flexibility to set your own schedule, including evenings and weekends.
Is there a contract?
Yes. The rental commitment is 12 months. Specific agreement terms will be discussed with Ashley before signing.
What products are provided?
The collective provides Davines backbar and styling products. Stylists bring their own professional color line.
Can I sell my own retail products?
The collective's retail offerings are centered around the products provided. Members can earn a 10% commission on qualifying retail sales, paid quarterly.

Can I work evenings or weekends?
Yes. Members have 24-hour access and can set their own schedules.
